Amenities: Washer, dryer,linens provided,garage, propane barbeque, pond, trails, abundant wildlife and easy access from highway

Bedrooms: A large loft with 1 Queen bed and 2 single beds, a master bedroom downstairs with 1 Queen bed. All bedding is supplied

Kitchen: A full, modern kitchen including microwave, refrigerator and gourmet cooking utensils

Entertainment: An entertainment center with TV, DVD, VCR, CD Player, Stereo and Video Library (TV reception is limited to 1 channel (NBC))

Outdoor Features: Large deck, stone patio, patio furniture, picnic table, lawn, pond, horseshoes, campfires in early summer, short trails leading to longer trails that are off property, views of surrounding mountains

Activities (on site or nearby): See Things To Do – Rafting, boating, swimming, fishing, horseshoes, wildlife viewing, hiking, horseback riding, biking, golf, hunting, cross country skiing, alpine skiing, sightseeing, shopping

Restrictions: No smoking, no pets, primary renter must be at least 21, maximum occupancy is 6 people

Rates:

Weekly: $895/week, includes taxes and cleaning fees

Daily: $150/night, three night minimum stay

For rentals of less than 4 nights a $75 cleaning fee will be added. We want to keep our rates low and yet provide the convenience of credit card payment to those who prefer to make payments that way. For that reason we will add a $40 fee to credit card transactions, which will about cover the additional cost.

Check-In Time is 3:00pm; Check-Out Time is 11:00am, unless otherwise arranged. A Security Deposit of $500 is required to hold a reservation, which automatically converts to a Damage Deposit upon your arrival; the Security Deposit minus $100 Cancellation Fee will be returned if cancellation is recieved at leat 3 months in advance. It will also be returned with less than 3 months notice if we are able to rent out the same block of time.
